Refunds are limited to approved quality issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or Jade Butterfly order errors. Personal-reason requests are not refundable.

A refund may be approved for confirmed product quality issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or order errors caused by Jade Butterfly. Each request is reviewed before approval.

What is not refundable?

We do not offer refunds for size selection, fit preference, absorbency preference, style preference, change of mind, or other personal reasons. These requests may be reviewed as exchange requests only.

What do I need to send?
  • Order number and email used at checkout.
  • Name of the affected item.
  • Clear photos or video for quality, damage, wrong-item, or leakage-related claims.
  • A short description of the issue.
How are leakage claims reviewed?

If you believe your item has a leak-protection defect, send photos or video and describe what happened. Leakage may also be affected by size, fit, absorbency needs, wearing time, and care method, so refund approval depends on review.

Should I send products back?

Please do not send any products back unless we approve your request and provide written return instructions by email. Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed or refunded.

When will the refund arrive?

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund after it is submitted. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the refund is caused by a confirmed Jade Butterfly quality issue or order error.
