What is the request window?

Return and exchange requests must be started within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to U.S. orders placed on www.jadebutterfly.store.

Can I get a refund for the wrong size or fit?

No. We do not offer refunds for size selection, fit preference, absorbency preference, style preference, change of mind, or other personal reasons. Please email us within 30 days so our team can review the best available exchange option.

What if there is a quality issue or order error?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery and no later than 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video. Approved cases may be handled with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Should I send the item back?

Please do not send any products back unless we approve your request and provide written return instructions by email. Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.

Who pays shipping?

Jade Butterfly covers approved shipping costs for confirmed quality issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or order errors caused by us. For personal-reason exchange requests, any applicable shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

How are leakage concerns reviewed?

If you believe the item has a leak-protection defect, email photos or video and a short description of the issue. Leakage can also be affected by size, fit, absorbency needs, wearing time, and care method, so each case is reviewed before approval.
